Fred
My purpose was to have easy access to the motorway for a morning golf session. I stayed at Romeo Palace for a few nights and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-designed room. It was larger compared to other hotels at a similar price point. The breakfast, while limited in options, was sufficient in quantity. The location in North Pattaya was peaceful, calm, and had light traffic on the road. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a valued guest. The pool area was good, although it could use some repairs. Romeo Palace offered great value for its price.
I do not recommend this hotel.

For the money, I got great value at Hotel Romeo Palace. The room was well-furnished and spacious, and the location in North Pattaya was peaceful and calm. The staff treated me with friendliness and my room had a convenient position.
Only the breakfast selection could have been better - a few more options would have been nice.

Everything was good. Less-budgeted hotel.
Suggestions: would be better, if the hotel provides with airport pick ups to/from Bangkok's airport. We have not been provided with the transfer reservation. We hoped, that we would be met at the airport by transfer, but, we weren'T. That was too bad(

This hotel is a hidden gem in a peaceful area of Pattaya. The location is hard to believe as it is right in the center of everything, with easy access to the main bus station which is also not too far away. The staff here are very attentive and provide great service. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the emperor bed and the view, are all top-notch. Additionally, breakfast served here is delicious and satisfying.
All aspects of this hotel were okay, nothing to complain about.

This is a good budget hotel with clean rooms and all other basic amenities. It has a good travel desk that offers tours at very reasonable prices. The hotel staff is very friendly and offer good advice. It is very near to the beach (4-5 blocks). The location of the hotel is not the greatest - the happening places are some 1-2 km away. But one can get motorcycle rentals at 200Baht/day, so going around town is not a problem. It has a very decent restaurant, and there are other excellent eateries just in front of the hotel that offer live music, snooker, etc. and there are plenty of massage parlors. If you want to go there with your family and want to retire for the night by 12-1AM this is the ideal place for you.
The hot shower is only slightly warm except in the afternoons.

Bed was like a stone, after our complaint we got an another matrass the next day, which was better.Helpfull staf and personnel.
Hotel is old,bit worn, only the bathroom was renewed, but so that when you took a shower the whole floor was wet.Very simple breakfest.A lot of older single men were in the hotel. Surroundings not suitable fot children( as the most of Pattaya).

Some few chosen staffs were really helpful with directions and other inquiries, however, the staff in the reception desk was kind of stern and her attitude didnt made us feel welcome. We like the location because it is far from central pattaya which means the place is peaceful and shops were located just around the hotel. We like the affordable price too.
Me and my friend stayed at room 117 and the room was cozy though the lighting was poor, there was only one light bulb on the dresser table. Our toilet really stinks--even with the exhaust fan on. The cable tv didnt help much as the reception was so bad and that 95% of the channels were not in English (probably Thai or Russian or German). There was no control of the room airconditioning--we were freezing in the middle of the night. The hotel definitely needs maintenance (painting/interior and etc).
